The National Healthy Lifestyle Campaign is an annual event organised by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) to promote a healthy lifestyle among Singapore residents. The theme for this year's NHLC is obesity and the tagline is "Know your BMI. Know your risk". The BMI will be introduced as a tool to help individuals assess their risk of obesity-related diseases.

This year's campaign will be launched by Minister for Health, Mr Khaw Boon Wan, on 6 November 2009 at the Singapore Expo Hall 6B.

Besides picking up useful health tips, visitors will be treated to an exciting array of activities which include entertaining skits by well-known artistes, performances by celebrities, cooking demonstrations, games and contests. Download the programme here.
